SkyGreen
Sky Green is located in West Kelowna, B.C. The build was created through partnerships with Traine Construction and Westbank First Nation and B.C Housing. Sky Green Consists of 115 Affordable Housing Units. Duffy Baker Construction was lucky to be the Contractor on this project as well as a Partner.
The Station
The Station is located in Chilliwack B.C, and was developed through a Partnership with Traine Construction and Tzeachten First Nation. It consists of 160 units. Duffy Baker Construction was lucky enough to be the Contractor as well as a Partner on this project.
West Harbour
Harbour Ridge is located in West Kelowna, and was created in Partnership with Quadra Homes and West Bank First Nation, with 112 units for rent to the local community. Duffy Baker Construction was able to be the Contractor and Partner on this project.
