Meet the Team

Welcome to Duffy Baker Construction Corp. We are happy that you are here, and we are excited to hear more about you, your family, and how we can help you build your dream home!

We truly enjoy the relationship part of the building process. We think what you’ll find to be different about our company is that we take extra care in learning about what’s important to you. Starting with the first meeting, we take extra care to get to know you, your needs and wants, and your budget, in order to ensure the build process is an enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Duffy Baker has been in the building industry for over 15 years and has been running a successful company here in the Okanagan for over 5 years. Before moving to the Okanagan, Duffy was busy building million dollar cottages in the world renowned Muskoka, ONT.

Being long term residents of Penticton, our team brings the experience of working with the Okanagans finest suppliers, sub-trades, designers and engineers, to ensure a quality project. Our team understands the importance of working with the local environment to always incorporate the sought after ‘Okanagan lifestyle’ into every one of our builds.

When we are not working on projects, you can find us with our family, enjoying the outdoors. We love to spend time gardening, hiking, biking, fishing and camping during the warmer months!

We are proud to say that all of our team members choose to live and work in the Okanagan, and each one of us brings that enjoyment to work every day. Our team is always taking pride in crafting your home.

Thank you for stopping by! We look forward to hearing from you.
